Volunteers are not only critical in producing the Harpoon B2B, they help make an important contribution to charity (Team Psycho’s Elite Development Program and The Kenary Brain Tumor Research Fund).

We are in need of volunteers to assist us on Ride Day at our Brewery in Boston in the morning and at our Brewery in Windsor, VT in the afternoon.

Ride Day Morning (6/16/12) in Boston  
Unloading Zone 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM

Volunteers needed to guide riders through the Unloading Zone.  Riders arrive and unload their bikes and bags in an unloading zone, then go park and come back to get their things. Volunteers here will help assemble and desemble bike racks help direct riders through unloading zone. 

Bag Loading 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM

4 volunteers needed to load rider's bags onto tractor trailer truck to go to Vermont. 

Post-Party (6/16/12) in Windsor 
Post party set-up 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM 4 volunteers needed to help set up tables/chairs, bike racks
Bag Check 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM 10 volunteers needed to unload bags from tractor trailer truck and organize in the bag check tent
Rider check-in 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM 8 volunteers needed to help check riders in with the timing company and give out T-shirts.
Bike loading 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM 6 volunteers needed to help riders off their bikes and load them onto the tractor trailer trucks
Bag Check 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM 10 volunteers needed to distribute bags to riders in the bag check tent
Food lines

2:30 PM to 4:30 PM

2 volunteers needed to take tickets at the food line
Food lines 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM 2 volunteers needed to take tickets at the food line
Clean Up 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM 4 volunteers needed to help break down tables and chairs and site cleanup
