Bag Check, Bike Check

While our volunteers are very careful with your bike, if you are concerned about the possibility of your bike being scratched in transport, we suggest you pack and apply bubble wrap to your bike if we are transporting it for you on either day.  The Harpoon B2B is not responsible for any damage to your bike or bike accessories incurred while transporting your bike.

In Boston

Bags: When you pick up your ride packet, you will have a bib #, bike #, and bag # in your packet. Make sure you attach the bag number to your bag and we’ll bring it up to Windsor for you. Just drop it by the tractor trailer truck at the start in Boston.

Bikes: Almost the same deal for your bike, attach your bike number to your bike frame for the entire day. Then ride bike from brewery to brewery.

In Windsor

Bags: When you finish, go to the bag tent, show your bib #, and they’ll get your bag for you.

Bikes: When you finish, we’ll take your bike and transport it by truck with packing blankets from Windsor to Boston and unload it onto racks in a secured area in Area 2. Only riders with Ride Numbers are allowed in this area to pick up their bikes. Your Bike Number and Ride Number must match in order to take bicycles from the secured area. Bicycles will NOT be available for pick-up after 10:00 PM or the arrival of the 7:30 PM bus, whichever is later. Unclaimed bikes will be available for pick up by appointment starting Monday, June 18 (contact Jessie at 617-574-9551 x527).
